Training and Development Manager

Danika Macken joined the Patinos team in 2015 and after a 12-month stint in New Zealand in 2020, she returned to our team in 2021. She completed a Diploma in Justice Administration and a Certificate III in Business Administration which led her to a career in the legal industry.

Outside of the office, Danika likes to spend time with her dogs, family and friends and loves finding the best cheese board and beer in each town she visits.

Consultant – Workflow and Quality Assurance

Michael’s experience in the Insurance industry is harnessed at Patinos to enable him to identify trends in the personal injury claims arena and offer solutions to enable our Solicitors to advance claims on behalf of our clients without delay. His keen attention to detail ensures that nothing is missed and the service Patinos provide is second to none.

Outside of work Michael is a keen Rugby Union fan following the Reds and the Wallabies. Michael also enjoys travel having recently visited Singapore and Hong Kong, with a trip to Europe later this year – to watch the Wallabies!
