Like most services, the costs typically depend upon the work required to get the job done. However, as a “No Win, No Fee”–guaranteed law firm, you won’t be charged for professional services or outlays if we don’t win your case. And, with no hidden costs and fees much lower than industry average, you’ll always receive the lion’s share of the proceeds when you work with us.
A claim is typically made against the person or company considered to be at fault in causing the accident. In most cases, that person or company will pass on the claim to the insurer that insures their public liability. The public liability insurer will then take over and will pay you directly, should the case be found in your favour.
At Patinos, even out-of-pocket expenses are covered if no settlement is reached.
Plus: Our fees are much lower than the industry average.
Your initial claim consultation and assessment is obligation free. The only up-front investment you’ll need to make is your time.
We’ll review the details of your claim with you and advise on the best course of action.
