Training and Development Manager

Danika Macken joined the Patinos team in 2015 and after a 12-month stint in New Zealand in 2020, she returned to our team in 2021. She completed a Diploma in Justice Administration and a Certificate III in Business Administration which led her to a career in the legal industry.

Outside of the office, Danika likes to spend time with her dogs, family and friends and loves finding the best cheese board and beer in each town she visits.

I joined Patinos Personal Lawyers in 2023 as an Administration Assistant.  I have worked in the legal industry for over 17 years for various Litigation and Commercial firms in New South Wales and Queensland.

Since joining Patinos, I have enjoyed the diversity of work, during which no two days are the same.  The culture at Patinos Personal Lawyers, with its supportive and talented members of staff, has enabled me to grow and be the best I can be in my role.

When I am not immersing myself in my career, I enjoy spending time with my family, road trips, and going to the beach.
