I joined Patinos Personal Lawyers as an Administrative Assistant in 2015 and have worked in the legal industry for around 30 years.

The team at Patinos are great to work with and have a fantastic workplace environment.  The Firm provides a productive, high standard of service, and this is supported by our numerous contented clientele and repeat referrals.”

When I’m not in the office I like to spend my time at the movies and having a nice meal with friends and family.

Administrative Assistant
I have been working with Patinos for over 4 years. Prior to this, I was studying a Certificate 4 in Crime and Justice at Tafe. My role within the Patinos team is an Administration Assistant. During my time here, I have learnt so much, not just professionally but personally as well.

The things I enjoy the most in my day-to-day role is preparing Court Documents and Trial Brief’s as well as speaking with our clients and assisting them wherever I can.

Outside of work, I usually am at the gym, spending quality time with my family and friends or taking my two American Staffies on adventures! I look forward to my future here at Patinos and continuing to learn new things.

Administrative Assistant
Danika Macken joined the Patinos team in 2015 and after a 12-month stint in New Zealand in 2020, she returned to our team in 2021. She completed a Diploma in Justice Administration and a Certificate III in Business Administration which led her to a career in the legal industry.

Outside of the office, Danika likes to spend time with her dogs, family and friends and loves finding the best cheese board and beer in each town she visits.

My role at Patinos Personal Lawyers is as an Admin Assistant and have been working with the team for 12 months. Additionally, I am also studying a Bachelor of Law and Justice at QUT. 

One of the reasons that I enjoy working at Patinos is that I get to work in a positive and collaborative environment. Through working at Patinos, I have gained a number of skills such as working in a team with a common goal of helping our clients as well as various legal skills that are transferrable to my studies.

I am a current law and justice student at QUT, with experience in hospitality and student advocacy. I enjoy working at Patios Personal Lawyers because it allows me to develop important skills for the legal industry in a supportive and professional environment.

I have also learnt to transfer skills from previous workspaces to uphold the fast paced environment of Patinos and the legal industry.

Transport Assistant

I joined the Patinos team in 2022 as the Firm’s Transport Assistant.

With a background of working in various industries throughout my working life, this has given me great all round experience with people in general.

My sense of humor and friendly nature make everyone feel very comfortable and at ease.

I enjoy working at Patinos as it is great to work with a team of professional and friendly colleagues, I always receive a warm welcome whichever office I go to.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and getting out camping whenever I can.

I joined Patinos Personal Lawyers in 2023 as an Administration Assistant.  I have worked in the legal industry for over 17 years for various Litigation and Commercial firms in New South Wales and Queensland.

Since joining Patinos, I have enjoyed the diversity of work, during which no two days are the same.  The culture at Patinos Personal Lawyers, with its supportive and talented members of staff, has enabled me to grow and be the best I can be in my role.

When I am not immersing myself in my career, I enjoy spending time with my family, road trips, and going to the beach.
