$9.5 million award After Motorcycle Accident

After a long drawn out claim to ensure Susan Delaney had access to funding for all of the rehabilitation needs she reasonably required and enough money to look after herself for the future, an agreement was finally reached with AAMI and the State of Queensland as to the appropriate amount of compensation for her.

The Supreme Court in Brisbane considered the terms of the proposed Agreement and approved the settlement.
